We have been working on our latest initiative for nearly a year. So far we have engaged over 30 organisations and hosted 6 round tables to understand the best ways to look at all the obstacles surrounding BAME and the workplace.
Our conclusions so far are that we are to organise working groups, which will look at our five main pillars (employee life cycle; leadership; culture and wider organisation; external brand; data, monitoring and policy) and brain storm best practice. The focus groups will form the basis of key learnings which will be presented at our inaugural conference on Thursday 4th May 2017.
We will be making sure there are positive actions and recommendations to take back into the workplace.
